Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund or a replacement. We want to do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with your order, so we are happy to issue a replacement or a refund if there is some kind of problem.

- Send us your order number, name, and a photo or explanation of the problem. Then we will be in touch and try our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
- For a quality problem, we can either send a replacement pair or do a refund if a suitable replacement is not available.
- Size exchanges: Due to COVID-19 and because we don’t have a physical shop, we might not be able to accept physical returns/exchanges right now. So please double-check our size descriptions before ordering and ensure you order the size that matches your shoe size (don’t size up). If you noticed you made an error when ordering let us know immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as orders are usually processed within a few hours’. However, if you experience a size issue or are not satisfied with the fit once you receive them, please do reach out and email us on email@example.com and we will still do our best to assist in getting a suitable product to you. We will advise on next steps based on each situation.
